A Note from Evan

Dear Ohm family,

Thank you for sticking with us through this very tough year.

We have felt moved by the number of you who have reached out to share your memories of John. We apologize for how our struggle with John’s health may have affected your customer service experience. The Ohm community is this company’s raison d’etre, and we remain committed to bringing you the highest possible level of service.

Some of you may know that John was trying to sell the company so that he could retire. The company is now in the hands of John’s estate, and we are not currently searching for a buyer. Together, we are moving forward with Ohm’s mission of bringing the best sound to your music.

On a personal note, I know that many of you have been looking for support from me. After an extended leave of absence, I am back at Ohm! You can rest assured that I will be available to you via phone and email. If you don’t get through, please leave a voicemail. I will call you back.

For those of you who don’t know me, I’ve been John’s apprentice and right-hand-man since 2013. We worked together to develop the F5, 3010, 4012, SB-212-S subwoofer, Shelf Center, and the SSC4900, as well as a number of heretofore unreleased designs, and endless refinements to our main product line.

All of us at Ohm are fortunate to have worked closely with John. Through our work, his vision and innovations have been brought to life in your homes. We are dedicated to carrying on his legacy, so that his spirit can live on through his creations.
